2. Monthly Thumbnail Usage Policy
Thumbnails included in your monthly plan do not roll over. Any unused thumbnails expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not carry over. To receive your thumbnails, you must open a ticket each time you need one. Unopened tickets are forfeited for that month.

3. Services Provided
Sky Thumbnails offers digital design services including thumbnail creation, revisions, and delivery. All services are subject to availability and may be updated or removed at any time.

4. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our website and services lawfully. You may not use our work for illegal content or impersonation. Payment must be completed before receiving final designs.

5. Intellectual Property
All thumbnails, graphics, and designs provided by Sky Thumbnails remain the intellectual property of Sky Thumbnails unless otherwise agreed. You may not resell or claim ownership of the designs.

6. Refunds
Refunds are not guaranteed. If you’re unhappy with your order, contact us through Discord or email to discuss possible resolutions.

7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms, spam our services, or engage in abusive behavior.

8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
